One of the early adopters of Employee Advocacy, Dell, has taken it to the core of their operation, at least in their North America Marketing function, where employees’ participation in one of five strategic ‘social’ roles (listener, brand advocate etc) is reflected in their performance rating and ultimately their bonuses too. Liz Bullock is now CEO of SASI, a leading social media training consultancy in the US and a leading light in the world of Employee Advocacy.
